Cleanliness, the room was very clean. And the employee that helped me at the front desk. He was respectful, kind, understanding, quick, and professional. Also perfect room placemet, I will be back.

The entrance into the hotel is very easy to pass. The access road in Jacksonville is tore to hell right now. But it's been like that for awhile now, wish highway dept would get it done already. I have no complaint, but if there was liquid coffee mate creamer in the room that would be amazing.

The beds could use more then just 2 really thin pillows on them they need to be updated as well as more then 2 towels for a room for 4 People other then that the hotel was a good one for a one night cheap quick stay while traveling

"The clowns lied on the phone about accommodations for my vehicle then charges me a cancelation fee"

Nothing they are a bunch of thieves

Accurate information would be nice.... no accommodation for big truck and as i was asking questions they hung up booked 20 minutes prior to arriving based on lies via phone and had to cancel and pay a cancelation fee

It was not very clean, the beds are uncomfortable, and the TV was cracked down one side of the screen.

It was close to a couple of good restaurants.
