very friendly , clean and quiet, i would for sure stay if i come this way again. room is nice, beds comfy ,bathroom nice.

On a whole everything was good. The morning staff was not very friendly and spent a lot of time in the office. The gentleman in afternoon was very nice and helpful. Our room needed a little more care. The headboards were dusty, and the carpet throughout the room was very dirty. The carpet on the side of the room near the air conditioner all the way to the corner of the bed felt damp and again was very dirty.

Great hotel to stay when traveling in Vermont. Convenient - right off of I-91, centrally located to a number of restaurants and food options. Pet-friendly hotel, we brought our furry friend and he was comfortable. Amenities were nice and clean including the pool and fitness area. Friendly staff who are extremely helpful.

Didn’t like the fact that I was suppose to be charge when I checked in but they charged my card before I arrived.

Expedia did not send them our reservation. This was not an issue with the Hampton Inn, they tried to help us. Expedia made it right by booking us a room at a neighboring hotel, without a pool or a free breakfast, but the view was nice. Again not a Hampton issue, it was an Expedia issue.

this is a very nice hotel, and we have stayed before and will stay again, but we will never stay in 212 again, they play music in the lobby and halls 24/7 which is fine, but 212 is right over the lobby and you can hear the drumming all night, it is very irritating, but like I said we have stayed in other rooms here before and they were very quiet

When we checked in the room was not whst I booked. Also the room had a dead mouse smell. We asked for a change. We were told by the staff she had no authority to make a change. We asked to have her call her manager. The manager got us into the correct room. No bad smell. Correct bed.
