Hotel Alaquas

Bad experiente! Very distant

Stayed here for 3 nights in May 2016 with family. The hotel is in one of the suburbs of Valencia, a few miles out of the city. It is well served by a regular bus (170) to Valencia, and another to the nearby Centre Commercial. We had some trouble with youths in the town of Xirivella which the bus goes through, but no real cause for concern. There is no access to the Valencia Metro system from Alaquas, as the nearest station is a half-hour walk away. However, the 170 bus will take you to Plaza d'Espana in the city centre which is part of the metro system. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with a large lounge area, restaurant and slightly smaller dining area for breakfast. Wifi works in these areas, but doesn't seem to reach our room on the second floor. They sell a few souvenirs in the lobby area too. Our room was fairly large, with a huge bathroom. The TV has plenty of channels to choose from, most of which broadcast in a number of languages. Be wary of the signal cable that connects to the wall though as ours kept falling out. Rooms also have a fridge, and may have air-con but it was out of order in our room (The console had a large red "Do Not Use" sticker over it. Without A/C, we had to open the window which invited in a large amount of road noise. In terms of facilities nearby, there is a supermarket next door, and a petrol station across the road, but very little nightlife. Aside from the in-house bar, I found only 1 bar nearby open past 10pm. All in all, a little disappointed with the local area, but a very nice hotel. I would return if I needed to be in Alaquas, but perhaps not for central Valencia.

Lovely clean hotel which does what it says on the tin ! Friendly and helpful staff especially the reception staff ! The cleaners were good without being obtrusive! And the hotel itself is a minute away from a bus stop which has regular buses which were v cheap into Valencia ! I have stayed before and will stay again !

Hotel is modern and about 5 miles from Valencia Airport. Staff were all friendly , helpful and professional. A Consum Supermarket is directly opposite. Not sure how close the hotel is to the nearest Metro to central Valencia. Our Room No 301 ( 3rd Floor) was enormous, as was the bathroom, and had all facilities and everything was very clean and was worked as published. There was a private 20 ft x 20 ft balcony attached to our bedroom. Good WiFi. Breakfast was excellent with a good self service selection of cold dishes and hot dishes to order. Secure car parking below the hotel cost £4 / night. and room and breakfast for 2 was another £33. Great value. Recommended. Will are likely to stay here again.

Fui a vestirme de novia y la habitación era amplia , con un balcón y un baño grande , el único inconveniente fue que no había productos de aseo ,como gel de ducha

Limpio, personal muy amable, lleno de clientes koreanos y chinos, al lado de un supermercado.

Buen servicio de habitaciones comodidad,tranquilidad.
