Mein Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel National war einfach außergewöhnlich. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee, ein Anblick, den man nie vergisst. Der Service war in jeder Hinsicht einwandfrei: aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Als allein reisende Frau habe ich mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nur sehr wohl, sondern auch jederzeit sicher gefühlt, was für mich besonders wichtig ist. Das Grand Hotel National vereint Eleganz, Ruhe und höchste Servicequalität in perfekter Lage. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

"Historic - Nana Will Love It!"

A beautiful welcome - the male receptionist was just brilliant - knowledgeable, helpful and he really understood the art of the 'welcome'. Got to our room and it was nice but a let down. Stated that it was a room with a 'view' - it was actually a view of the ugly building over the busy next door. The room was small and well appointed. Old TV. The bathroom was good. The corridors look incredibly dated albeit well maintained and throughout our entire stay the service was just exceptional. Would I stay here again? Maybe.... Would I recommend? If you are over 65 then yes. If under that then maybe choose something slight more current. A big thank you though.
