Room is spacious and good beds.

The staff was fine, they brought a fan up because the AC unit in the room wasn’t working at all. Comfy bed but there were no electrical outlets near it. The bathroom is oddly large, though it has a teeny shower. Very conveniently located though.

Great stay. Friendly staff, best location in town, good breakfast. Decent room size, well mantained hotel and comfortable bed. No noise in the area even it is located in the old town, walking distsnce to restaurants, shops, and small groceries stores. Easy commute to Zurich airport by using the Tram system.

Hairs found throughout room (tub, sink, bed). Would never recommend. I felt uncomfortable my entire stay.

The bed was comfortable and I was happy the room came with a refrigerator.

Decent place to stay for a business trip or brief weekend. Staff were lovely and service excellent. Beds were ok however the room was missing coffee capsules despite having a coffee machine there to use.

Let's start with the location of the hotel: Perfectly situated, a few steps from all sorts of public transportation and a block away from Zürich (and all of Switzerland) main train station, the HB. Also in the heart of old town, with lovely walkable cobbled streets, bars, pubs, authentic restaurants and lovely local businesses. Zurich is a very walkable city, so you can reach many of the main attractions by foot from this hotel such as the GrossMunster, Lindenhoff Hill, the Opera House, the National Swiss Museum, and more. When I first checked in, I was assigned a room on the third floor with a window to the street. Sleeping that night was practically impossible as there is A LOT of noise due to bars next to the hotel and also cars and trams running until late at night. The next day I was transferred to a room on the 5th floor facing the back side of the hotel, and it made quite the difference!! so quiet, cozy and comfortable. People at the reception were very accommodating, especially AnnMarie, who dealt with my room change and other situations. The breakfast is simply amazing. A great selection of natural juices, different types of milk, coffee and tea, pastries, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats, cheeses, cereal, homemade granolas and dried fruit, nuts, jams, and so many wonderful additions. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

1st room we were given was small as described but the shower was leaking. We were moved to another room and I paid additional for a larger room as we had lots of luggage. Breakfast was included and had lots of choices with some hot food as well. Great location in old town to walk to main train station and tons of restaurants and pubs very close by!
