"very relaxing stay"

10.0

This property has everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Unit was clean and comfy. Front desk staff were amazing and very friendly. We were there will fall colors. So beautiful. The lake was partially drain and we knew that before we booked the reservation. The surroundings were still nice. We did three day trips to Yosemite. It was about an hour and a half each way. Very scenic drive. I would stay there again.

"Trip to Bass Lake"

10.0

This was a great trip to just relax. We came on the off season in November. Our room was in excellent condition. Looked as though it had been recently completely renovated. There was a trail to the lake just out our front door. Our unit was a two bedroom two story townhouse. It could easily sleep six people. Yosemite Nation Park entrance is a 30 minute drive.

"Clean and Quiet"

10.0

First time, but would definitely stay again and recommend. I am very picky about cleanliness, but I felt so comfortable with the care that was taken to clean our unit. It may be one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. Spacious, everything we needed, quiet, recently updated, friendly and helpful staff, close to Yosemite Park and Oakhurst. Water level at Bass Lake is down this time of year (early Nov.). Enjoyed a nice dinner at Ducey.’s nearby on our last evening. My only recommendation would be to make sure guests have info in unit about what needs to be done prior to checking out and info about local discounts.

"Good"

7.0

It was very convenient to have a kitchen and two bedrooms! Loved the feel of a home away from home. The playground and pool area were a huge hit with our little one as well!

Having some baby gates available for the stairs would have been very helpful for us and our three year old. My husband ended up pushing the dresser from one of the rooms in front of the top of the stairs which stressed me out in case of fire. We also booked a king room and a queen room and ended up with a king and two twins, it ended up being totally fine and I didn't end up mentioning it to staff since we had already unloaded our luggage.

"Very nice. Great location"

This is my second time staying here. The units & grounds are nice, well maintained. Great location to Yosemite. Peaceful area. Liked there is no timeshare pressure to attend anything. No resort fees.

"Disappointing,"

4.0

Honestly, I don't understand how there are so many glowing reviews of this place or how it can be considered "gold crown". I just got here yesterday and have to echo another reviewer who said, "the property is old, worn down....and in desperate need of renovation. The carpet in the unit was so dirty that I wore socks to avoid the grime." Everything in the unit is outdated. Although my reservation was for the "Bass Lake" units, I was put in the Northshore Estates which is not connected to the rest of the property (can't even call it a "resort") where the "nicer amenities" and the walking trail to the lake are located. The "patio", which is in front of the unit and the parking lot, consists of a dirty 5' x 5' cement pad with a table and stacked chairs that's hardly big enough for one person to sit and still be able to open the door to the unit -- very disappointing when one of my biggest requirements for a resort is some sort of private outdoor space. The description listed "balcony/patio" but it’s hardly usable and not the least bit private since they're right next to the parking lot! Also, Wi-Fi costs $16 for a week. It's been a long time since I've stayed somewhere that didn't have free Wi-Fi was that was another surprise.
