It was a lovely place and the staff was very accommodating.

Very nice place to stay.

The location was really close to the lake. The two bedroom suite had ample space for all of us to relax and unwind. The staff was also very friendly and courteous. The facility was very clean overall.

The media choices were a bit outdated. The TV reception was not clear and we had to pay extra for internet. I would recommend hat at least one TV be a smart TV so the family can spend some time watching shows and enjoy during winter.

Rooms were cozy and warming. King bed was comfortable as well as the queen bed upstairs.

when checking in, I noticed the staff was unfriendly, not very welcoming and saw them be a little rude or snooty to other guests who came in asking questions about activities in the area. I was also disappointed that there wasn't any snow (not their fault however) Also the path to the lake was a waste of time because the lake had been drained so low that it was just mud, there was no place to sit along the path, no benches or picnic tables to enjoy the scenery. overall this resort was lacking in activities to do onsite, it was close to the town center where we went to dinner a few nights and drove up the mountain 20-30min to get to a small snow play area. overall, I wouldn't stay here again during the winter and probably not during the summer either, the pool was right off the road so you'd feel very exposed and there were several other lodges with great access to the lake during the summer, near boat and water rentals too.

staff being less than friendly on check-in to us and other guests, guests seemed to be a bother to them when asking questions aboout area activities paying extra for wifi sucks amenities foosball, checkers, connect four were inside check-in room so it didn't feel like we could really hang out there, they did have board games and movies to check out to your room though, the pool was closed/not heated, the spa was open but it was located 5-10 off the main road separated by an iron gate, it felt very awkward to be sitting out there with cars driving by constantly, the road noise and just not in an area to enjoy the mountain scenery. our room smelled horribly when we entered, like stinky feet, the whole place! it was bad but luckily it cleared out openeing the windows and buying a vanilla candle to burn. overall the townhome was very spacious and clean, bed comfy, lots of pillows and clean bedding, well equipped and comfy living spaces (aside from gross smell, but again it did go away)

Staff is not as friendly but over all is was a great stay ! And location is ok 40 min from Yosemite National Park

Great location and plenty of room.

The apartment was extremely clean, cozy and well-uquipped, we were amazed by the amount of details - how perfectly organised all cupboards were, the amount of utensils available and how spotless it was. Unit we chose had 2 bedrooms - king size bed in one, two queen in second, and additonal sleeping space for 2 in the living room. Hot tub was divine and location very convenient - 10 minute walk to the lake, and approx 1hr scenic drive to Yosemite Valley. Staff was wonderful and helpful! They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for taking longer to check-in, which was completely unexpected but very kind of them. We felt like at home, thank you and I hope we'll get a chance to visit you again :)

It is very spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

TV system is quite out of date.
