The proximity of the centre. Easy to walk and visit the city. The bedroom was big, and the bed was comfortable. It's cheaper than other places. In general, it's worth the stay.

Stairs at the entrance. It is not easy for people with impairments. The street is too noisy right below the hotel. Not good for people with sensitive ears.

Before choosing this place I checked the reviews, which weren't that good. Despite this, I decided to stay here and i dont regret it. It has an amazing location , thanks to which you can get to the main attractions really fast: Palacio de Cibeles, Parque de El Retiro, Prado museum, Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza, Gran Vía, Banco de España, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real de Madrid, Catedral de Santa María la Real de la Almudena. The metro station is 3-5 min walk, easy and budget friendly access to the airport 🛫. The personnel of the hotel is friendly and nice. The 2 ladies at the reception were polite and explained everything in an understandable way, were always ready to help and solve any issue. The rooms was large. The beds were big with comfortable mattresses. The towels were changed every day,we didn't even ask for that :) Toiletries were enough. The kitchen was well- equipped. Enough of kitchenware. The bathroom was also quite spacious. There were a lot of TV channels ,we watched some fifa matches :) Generally, we liked the place and would come again We are grateful for such a wonderful stay
