How the manager was willing to book us at an alternative accommodation after the rains damage of the rooms we booked.

Nothing.

The staff are always friendly, but the rooms are in need of maintenance. Wall paper is coming off, mould in bathrooms, chips in most furniture, stains on the curtains and the couches in the room are definitely ready for an upgrade. Ive stayed in a few rooms over the past year, ranging from individual rooms to suites, and all seem to require a bit of attention.

Location was great

Due to the rain room was flooded and smelled not that great, it was only one night, but if more than one it would be worse. This was a swap out from a single to a double room, and understand it was due to really bad weather but the hotel should be able to cater for this and ensure maintenance is done

The breakfast was good. The room is very nice and clean. The location is very good.

The waiter do not do so good. They do not look need, not al all. The 1 was laying over/on the counter that does not look good. When I asked for scramble eggs, it looked if they are doing me a favour not there work. the shower panel is leaking into the toilet. the bedroom basin is clogged, I put in some hot water.
