The Sebel Maroochydore

The quietness 🤫, relaxing, and very spacious unit. Very handy to Nando's, Chinese Restaurant, Pizza, and McDonald's, which are all located downstairs outside of Hotel. As well as having across the Road Zaffars Coffee can even drive thru. Of course, only 10 minutes up the road from Westfield Maroochydore Shopping Center. Good position. Very helpful Receptionist on arrival, very accommodating to allow upon request further 1 hour extra to check out, explained Very well all available items that Sebel provide. Under ground carparking the best, arrived on a rainy evening. Spa and BBQ are all allocated on its floor free to use.

The oven burns everything even at a lower temp. Also, the toaster burns bread at setting number 1. The cleaners need to remember to check washing and dryer for other occupents' clothing left behind. Found a set of red bra and panties.

The views of the ocean were very nice and the room was spacious and very clean.

Perfectly positioned right across from the beach and restaurants. I can’t remember staff members name, sorry. But she was very welcoming.

Space was great in the room. Loved the kitchen.

Pool was unavailable but we didnt know till after we booked. Lots of dust on the outside porch so we used the front porch. Toilet seat lid wasnt soft close so it slammed alot as we are not used to having to place the seat lid down. Bathroom sink kept filling up so we jimmied the plug to keep it up.

Weren’t told that the pool was under renovations until booking had been made, photos on webpage didn’t match up to room we thought we were booking g and the bed in main room was too small.

The location was great

I didn’t like that booking.com and The Sebel didn’t easily advertise there would be no pool at the premises. It was hidden (after going back and scouring the page) right down the bottom in property. This is something that should be easily identified to the consumer at the time of booking. It wasn’t until after the money was taken from my account that The Sebel emailed and said ‘you may have seen on booking.com’ about the pool closure. Which indicates you are both aware it’s not easily identified for the consumer. $470 to for a hotel room in the middle of summer without a pool. Not to mention the mildew and mould throughout the apartment.
