Location of the Sebel is great for our morning walk to Mooloolaba with coffee at the Surf Club on the way back. Also a good location for the shopping centre and other restaurants.

We are aware that providing books, games etc is a preference of the owner and also leaving any condiments that previous guest have provided for others to use if eating in. As a self catering apartment there was nothing. Luckily 2 of our party had driven so they brought there own 'condiments' box. We made breakfast each morning and dinner one night. A note for the owner - you have a steamer pot that can't be used on the induction stove top.

The location was perfect The size of the apartment was great and it had all the facilities we needed. Having the balcony with the views over the ocean and morning sun was very relaxing. There is the Venice cafe below which services great breakfast and a Chinese and Thai restaurant as well which did good take away meals.

The street noise from cars but that generally stopped around 10ish

Positives: The size of our apartment was fantastic. Reception were kind enough to let us check in early. The bed was comfortable. Great location! Negatives: The dishwasher didn’t work in the morning. There were tissues under the floating vanity in the ensuite, as well as a used tanning mitt and a bag of old rubbish in the cabinet. Sadly, industrial noise hummed all night from the site next door, well past the local curfew. It was like a tractor was parked on the deck.
