Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

We 1st were assigned a non smoking room that was definately not smoke free. The hotel clerk assigned us a handicaped room instead since, as he said, it would certainly be smoke free. The room was small, very plain and dirty. Not worth the price.

The first room had bed bugs everywhere. The second room although listed as non smoking, smelled horribly of cigarette smoke.

No hair dryer. The towels were way too thin. The bars of soap were slivers. The television did not get the three major networks.

This place is close to the mall. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The TV was good. The wi fi was terrible, worst of the 3 hotels we were at! Bed is good. Lots of parking. We heard a dog next door every morning. The walls are not thick.

The room and fridge had cockroaches. Upon arrival the room rate was $75 a night yet I paid $109 and couldn’t be refunded. Very disappointed.

The room we stayed in was very run down! Definitely needs some updating! How clean the room was, was very questionable!

very confusing not kept up they had us pay when we got here too so we were double charged

From the jimmied lock on the front door, to the shower with no hot water, this place is a nightmare come true. Serious Texas Chainsaw facility. No phone in the room..internet doesn’t connect, broken microwave. Ripped sheets. Hole in the wall. I could go on, but I won’t. Run! Stay anywhere else!

The manager was a complete d bag. Didnt even stay at the hotel because all he wouldn't to do was argue

No frills hotel. Area is not bad and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
