Cheap, clean, and rundown.

I have stayed here before and been in better rooms; this room needed some maintenance with a working fridge, Check in was quick and the area is convenient; I gave a 3 overall because on previous stays there the rooms were in better shape.

The room was run down and it smelled horribly. No towel bar and I cringe to think when the sheets were last washed (see pictures below).

I don’t write many reviews unless things are exceptional or terrible. This was pretty bad. The bed comforter had cigarette burns all throughout. The TV didn’t work. The only positive I can say is that it wasn’t outstandingly dirty and therefore, I was able to lay my head down without dying. Let’s pray that bed bugs didn’t follow me home.

ROACHES WERE IN THE BATHTUB AND UNDER TOILET. THERE HOLES IN THE CEILING THAT HAD FLYING ANTS OR ROACHES. SCARED TO GO TO SLEEP. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. IT WAS HOMECOMING AND EVERY PLACE ELSE WAS BOOKED. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. VERY, VERY DATED.

A not so good experience. Killed a roach early in the stay. Plaster was peeling, ceiling tiles looked as if they were about to fall from the ceiling in bathroom.

So I was traveling across the state from Ohio to Texas and I called this location three different times and it tried to ensure that it was suitable for me to stay at and had at least the basic amenities for me to stay comfortably upon checking in I entered the room that the door did not lock all the way there was bugs in the bed underneath the sheets I smelled the comforter and it smelled like old feet leading me to indicate that it had not been washed... so I took it off the bed and wouldn’t sleep with it... wanted to have a nice relaxing shower but it’s a little hard to do that when only two holes in the shower head have water coming out of them... i’ve traveled and stayed in probably over 200 different hotels across the country, some very low cost and some in the middle... this was the worst..by far... oh and there was almost a fight outside my door, like right outside it between someone staying there and the workers.. I shouldn’t have to wake up to a worker screaming “I don’t appreciate the way you’re talking to me and I’m gunna punch you right in the face if you keep on” 😂 funny now but not so much then... Point blank. No matter where or how much I paid for a hotel this was absolutely unacceptable.

Absolutely filthy. I don’t have high standards and Am usually satisfied with motel 6, but this was the nastiest place I’ve ever seen.

Staff was friendly, but upon going to room, there were dirty cups and used soap still in the room. Cleaning staff continued to try and enter room after asking them not to. When I did ask them too come in and clean, all they did was leave clean towels on the bed. Room key stopped working almost every day, but the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Overall it was a good stay, but they could use a little help.

GPS could not direct us to the entrance and it was nearly impossible to figure out how to get in. Turns out you have to enter from the mall parking lot! The lobby smelled like pot. The tub had dirty stains and the walls had water damage that was painted over. There was no mini-fridge and the pillows were VERY thin and worn out. There were only 3 of them for a king sized bed. I will never stay here again! Way to go, Terrible Haute!
