Great customer service.

There was an issue with expedia not listing pet fee and front desk manager was wonderful. I had been driving and was exhausted and she handled it beautifully. I felt comfortable and safe after meeting her. Excellent staff!

Nothing. Dirty and small flies in bathroom. Loud guests.

Executive Inn is terrible. I can say the husband and wife management team were nice, but the housekeeper was very rude! She tried to tell me that I was making it up about bed bugs that what I shown her were just scratches even when I showed her the pictures and videos of my bites and crawling bed bugs! They tried to switch me to another room but there were bed bugs in there as well. Then charged me for one night stay. I was in shock. Just look at the pictures and tell me if something like this would happen to a customer of yours would you charge them? I definitely wouldn’t!! I will never ever stay there again. I will sleep in my car or on a park bench before I ever would sleep there again!

This place is SKETCHY!!! People next to us had dogs and crapped in front of our door. People hollering. We had to buy bedding because everything looked so dirty.

wonderful customer service, terrible room with stains all over of various substances, bed bugs, terrible tenants who banged on our door in the middle of the night. don’t stay here if you have more than 2 brain cells.

I don't think they offer breakfast at this location. There is a room for it but was not available. I bought coffee a crossed the street.

It's a little sketchy but Edmond is a pretty safe place. The Cox cable was flaky - the channels kept cutting in and out. That's not the motels fault.
