1) Couldn’t check-into room until 5pm 2) The property is a construction site and should not be open due to the conditions 3) Room had a Mouse or Rat running around all night and morning 4) When communicated with front desk about conditions no recourse or refund was offered

It's a dated motel but I dont care. I'm here for work. I did read the reviews before coming here and some of them were horrible. That was not my experience. I went to the lobby after unpacking my things to see if they jad coffee in the morning. They were remodeling but the blonde at the front desk that everyone seems to complain about offered me a coffee maker. I left to get some groceries and when I returned there was a coffe pot, great coffe and a cup in the room. She restored my faith in humanity!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

My room was not clean and ready when I arrived. Had to wait outside almost 30 minutes before the room was done and allowed in, just to have to make the bed myself. At 8am some lady just opened the door while i was waking up and changing clothes, saw me totally nude. Was not happy about this stay.

Sorry to do this to the employees and the owner but how much have you already made off those rooms!? Do the math and make them nicer!!! No upgrades. 50 year old furniture. What a sick joke. I should have bought a tent and roughed it out for a few days instead. First two mornings woke up to smell of smoke third morning it was raining from the ceiling inside my room. Most likely mold here also. If the owner won’t stay there it shouldn’t be open!!! That would be only way to stop this nonsense and places that are not safe or livable! Close it down until it is at least descent. Don’t put non smokers next to smokers. Ww3 coming anyway won’t matter

It was pleasant and quiet. Heater did smell a little when it kicked on but not overpowering. We slept well
