Let's just say do your homework. Pictures can be deceiving. But the people there were very polite.. Very nice.

Had to ring a doorbell to get service at check in and buzzed in...scary There were people just hanging out all around the balcony and stairwells drinking and whatever..scarier The double beds were full size instead of queen...uugh No desk clerk was to be found at checkout... Will NOT stay again

This place was terrible! Manager was rude and rolled his eyes at me.

Bad experience

This hotel was adequate for our overnight stay. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean afor the most part comfortable. The bed was a bit hard, but I had a restful night

We booked this hotel because it was close to the XNA airport. The check-in was slow. We asked if they provided airport shuttle and the clerk just laughed; but after taking a closer look, we would never have left our vehicle. Our room was on the back side of the building and as we were pulling in, the police were pulling out. It is old and run down. The bedspread looked like it was from the 70's. Everything felt dirty. It was obvious they had done a few upgrades to the bathroom as the shower was clean and strong and the tile looked new but the toilet was chipped. They provided a blow dryer but it was falling off the wall. There was also a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The a/c worked well. The bed was sufficient but the pillows lame. We wedged a chair under the doorknob as it just did not feel safe. We were more than ready for our 4:30 am checkout.

Non smoking room had cigarette burns on comforters. Toilet rocked back and forth very uncomfortable! Office clerk, house keeping, and maintenance man were all the same person. At check in lots of scents were smelled as if they were cooking and burning scented incense.
