50/50 for me, even less. It's okay-tier, but honestly, it's only practical as it's near the airport and you have the free shuttle.

Beside the practical side, it's doesn't seem to be super clean, and everything is expensive or extra cost (pool is not included, but you have a discount as you're a guest lol). Nothing really work (wifi is not working well so the TV is not working neither). For us, we were informed that there was only one shuttle every hour, and I must say that for an hotel beside an airport it's not efficient.

"Not as great as usually despite booking better room"

It’s very close to the airport, rooms are a decent size and this time we even had a balcony which was lovely.

The room amenities were not filled up. It’s lovely that they provide shower gel shampoo condition and body lotion. But no use when empty. When I called it took about half an hour for me to call back to then be told that the housekeeper doesn’t have the key. The hairdryer is also really dangerous - it caught a junk of my hair on the back of it. I had to cut it off. Definetly need to look into that! Bedside lamp also not working. Then when wanting to order room service, no one picked up. We wanted to order from the main menu so eventually once we did reach someone through reception, we were told to come downstairs to order. We did just that in pijamas and with our sleepy baby. We stay here often when travelling through Bucharest and this time we even booked a better room but somehow the stay didn’t feel good which is a shame. And lastly on check out no one asked how the stay was either. That’s basic customer service.

Service was excellent and facilities were lovely.

Only challenge was the temperature of the room. It took hours before the room was comfortable. It eventually did cool down enough, but that was the only complaint.
