Hampton Inn & Suites Parker

Not very well maintained. Did not come up to the quality standards that I have experienced at other Hampton Inns. Also was noisy for a good share of the night. Would not recommend it to friends.

Terrible. The dirtiest hotel i have ever seen. Worst manager and worst service followed by nickel. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at - so bad i checked out after only one night of a two night stay.

I arrived an hour early and asked if there was any chance a room was ready. Was told there was a strict no early check in policy unless I wanted to pay $25. Left and 20 minutes later I was notified by the Hilton App that I could check in, select my room and get my digital key. I did and was in my room before check in time. If the Hilton App can get me in the room before check in time... maybe the front desk should do the same. Frustrating

Staff, room, cleanliness

Tuesday breakfast...no protein options just fruit, bread, cereal and biscuits and gravy. There were at least ten of us that ate next to nothing. The worst was that there's no place close to walk to for a better breakfast. Very unfortunate end to a great stay.

Very clean! Loved the room we were in. We were on the 4th floor and it had high ceilings. Breakfast was great! Loved the personal welcome greeting on the tv screen in our room.

Nice breakfast. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Managers love to take care of the place and the guests with personal attention.

Where it was located

Upstairs people were so loud,so noisy. View from room was just top of building and nothing but bird poo. Windows just need not to have a view. Had to wait 20 minutes to check out because they said I had a balance due. They could not figure it out. It was paid on booking.com so I had no balance. Room needs updated,chair had holes. It was clean,and safe so,it was an OK night.
