Very friendly helpful hosts. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, several choices. Lovely atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and would go again .

Location, facilities, decor, friendliness of host and the dog. Breakfast choices were great and food was delicious, all freshly cooked local produce.

Property was clean. Room was pleasant. Great shower. It was perfectly placed in Ambleside for convenience without being on top of the hustle. Hosts were really lovely and were helpful with any queries. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
