Hotel Rural S'Olivaret & Spa

Me alojé en este hotel y la experiencia en general fue muy buena: las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y cuidadas, y el servicio al cliente hacia los huéspedes fue excelente. Sin embargo, hubo un detalle que me incomodó bastante. En una de mis estancias en el restaurante, presencié cómo un camarero trataba de manera poco respetuosa a una empleada de rango inferior, y lo hizo delante de mí y otros clientes. Me pareció fuera de lugar y desentonó con el ambiente de hospitalidad que el hotel transmite. Creo que este tipo de actitudes no deberían ocurrir en un entorno tan agradable como el que ofrece el hotel. Ojalá tomen nota, porque por lo demás la experiencia fue excelente y merece la pena alojarse aquí.

Note that rooms are ancient & rustic (incl. TV, furniture). Even though room was spacious, there was little space for clothing / hangers, only a tiny desk w/o a chair. little sound insulation toward neighboring rooms AC a bit weak when it's hot, and some of the rooms are hard to cool down. Be aware that the place is off the beaten track. You need a car for everything, even for hikes. There are no hiking maps or useful tips available at hotel, so better check out Komoot or other tour apps.

Quite and very nice place to stay. We stayed for 3 Nights and had wounderful dinner menue and relaxt times at the pool. Service was very friendly and supportive.

Endroit paradisiaque, loin de tout entre pins et oliviers , niché entre deux montagnes. Chambre propre et grande salle de douche. Hôtel plein de charme que je recommande vivement !

Le service boisson pendant la journée. Personne au bar ou attente très longue pour avoir quelqu'un qui nous sert. Le restaurant de l hôtel est bien , les plats sont bons mais le rapport qualité-prix est moyen ( un peu cher).

Von Anfang bis Ende ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Wir haben ziemlich spontan am gleichen Tag gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wer pure Entspannung sucht ist hier wirklich genau richtig. Tolles Personal, tolles Essen, und einfach eine spitzen Atmosphäre. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
