Location.

The location is convenient and the unit itself was spacious. Front desk and security staff were polite when assisting us, even though the same issue kept recurring.

For all three nights of our stay, we could not access our room with our own keys. The door lock repeatedly failed, and we had to wait for staff/security every time to enter the room, often losing 10+ minutes. This meant a total lack of autonomy and was extremely disruptive, especially while traveling with a kid. We were even effectively stuck in the room one night because leaving meant risking being locked out again. The issue was never properly fixed. Additionally, the living room curtains fell and hit my child, creating a safety concern that was not resolved.

Location was great! Grounds were nice. Indoor pool heated. Communication with staff was on point.

I liked the size of the room.

I did not like the fact that the place was mostly empty but a rental was booked above us and they were very noisy at 6am, 7am

The unit was clean and very nice. Lenins were super, TVs worked great, furniture was very nice. AC worked great. Staff was pleasant.

The only problem was that the water pressure was very low (I was in a third floor unit). In addition, the hot water took a very long time to get to the shower. I timed it at 14 minutes from the time I turned on the hot water until any hot water showed up. Even when the hot water arrived it would fluctuate from extremely hot and extremely cold, making it hard to get a decent shower. The staff admitted that water pressure was their biggest complaint but nothing could be done about it. Too bad, everything else about the stay was very nice. Will stay there again if they can fix the water problem.
