Bluegreen Vacations Blue Ridge Village, an Ascend Collection Resort

Location to hiking, restaurants, galleries.

The ‘village’ is well kept and tidy, with fresh paint on all the buildings and newly planted landscaping. We enjoyed all the activities- fishing in the pond, pool/hot tub, mini golf, fire pit, etc. Our unit was comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked. The practical and thoughtful details - screens on the sliding doors, extra towels and washcloths, bedroom fans, bedside charging stations, kitchen items like a mini salt/pepper and coffee to brew, hooks where you need them, etc - exceeded our expectations.

Turning left out of the entrance requires patience and a willingness to just gun it. Too bad there’s no light or round-about!

The room was very dirty when we arrived, we asked the hotel to clean our room and they said that it will be done the next day The next day, the room after being clean again was still extremely dirty..

The fact that the room was dirty, was the big draw down They even left the old soap from the previous people

Very nice property, really good location would definitely stay here again next time :) The staff was very helpful and fast on answering my questions.

I find out when I got to the hotel I had to pay a $20 fee per night which I didn’t see mention anywhere.

This is a very nice property with lots of things to do at the resort and close to things we love to do. Excellent staff and accommodations. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location with beautiful views - ask for pond view or Mountain View. Property checked in on us a few times via text. They always answered the phone when we called with questions. We will go back!
