"Rien à redire à part l’équipe de ménage qui n’est pas très honnête…"

La proximité avec le vélodrome et le calme dans la résidence

J’ai malheureusement oublié une robe longue ainsi qu’une veste dans la penderie de la chambre et j’ai eu énormément de mal à avoir la réception car sans cesse sur le répondeur…et soit disant les femmes de ménage vérifient ainsi que la gouvernante mais personne ne les a retrouvé donc forcément quelqu’un les a gardé et je trouve cela vraiment dommageable…

"Joli hôtel. Bien localisé."

Bon emplacement sur le Prado et à 10 mins du centre et 20 du vieux port. Personnel sympa. Jolie Chambre avec petite cuisine.

A part la réception et le coin petit déj avec terrasse, la déco dans les couloirs et chambre un peu vétuste.

Very old, very small room, even no space to put a cabin bag. The shower was broken. Not helpful staff at the reception. Would not recommend this place. Stay away

Le personnel de l’accueil n’est malheureusement pas au service du client. Il a manifesté une certaine arrogance quand nous avons subi une coupure d’eau: “nous aurions du lire l’affichette qui la mentionnait” Il aurait été commercial et courtois de nous inviter à la lire
