The staff were fine and friendly Free shuttle between the airport and the hotel (although timings were very erratic).

The hotel is very dated and badly needs a revamp. No breakfast was available, the "breakfast included" should be removed from booking.com.

Dirty, roaches, no towels, holes in the doors and floors. Furniture needed to be removed. No breakfast as advertised. Property is run down and needs to be remodeled.

I’m not sure when the pictures that were represented in the website were taken, but it grooms themselves do not correspond to the pictures on the website. The hotel is in an advanced state of disrepair ceiling or peeling looked like the bed covers had never been cleaned. Totally unacceptable.

Overall clean,nice bedsheets.

The pool was closed at 7 pm for some reason. I don't think location was very safe. Our room only had 2 towels for 4 people staying in there,no face towels,no hand towels.When asked for more,cleaning staff was suspicious and gave one floor towel as and one extra.

Location was nice and the front desk clerk was very nice and efficient.

Booking.com messed up on payment, I prepaid on booking.com but the payment was not sent to the hotel and booking.com had to be called to send the hotel the payment. Room was supposed to be a non smoking room, it had been smoked in there was cigarette ash on the lamp next to the bed like a person just used the lamp as an ash tray, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns in the chair in the room. The remote had no back and all the front desk clerk did was tape it with scotch tape.

Location near the airport was excellent! Front desk staff very good.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was the wad of chewed gum stuck to the front of one of the end tables. How the cleaning crew missed it, I do not know. The door looked as though it had been kicked in more times than could be counted, and the secondary lock was missing. I could go on, but I do not think that any amount of complaining will move the owner to invest in their property. I ended up accidentally double-booking myself (thankfully I was able to cancel one of the bookings), however, on another third party booking site, this property wanted to charge me $100 more than on this one, so price gouging during the World Cup is a real thing. In short, I was able to sleep, I took a hot shower in the morning, my car was not broken into and I did not get shot. For this property, I consider that a win.
