It was written breakfast included but no breakfast. There is no shuttle. And they gave us one bec for 4 people. I will have to book one room more.

All the rooms were thilthy. They had to change our rooms 3 times. Til on the 4th one was clean.

The staff are accomodating.

Nothing at all.. its good for a short stay only like a day room

Breakfast was meant to be included, but was told in the morning it was not. I booked a non smoking room but i had people sitting outside my door until 3am smoking and having loud conversation. The door to room had a massive gap all the way around and let smoke in and noise There is zero sound proofing. All night peoples conversations , walking around , banging Bed was completely soft and my head sank lower than my legs. Zero sleep. Room was falling apart, Exposed wires, dirty rusty fittings in the bath, shower rail falling off, exposed wires in the ceiling above shower You couldn’t pay me to stay there again

Sheets were clean, only one towel. Was cleaned as much as it could be clean.

It was World Cup so everywhere was expensive, terrible value

The bed was comfy, they had nice blankets and pillows

The room was expensive and not the best. The tv and wifi were out, was a bummer so went to bed early. The pool seemed uninviting. The parking was pretty limited. Once you park don’t leave. If you need a place to sleep that is $20-$30 bucks cheaper it works. Next time I’d pay the extra money to stay elsewhere. Not the worst place I’ve stayed. It’s not their fault, but they do not serve breakfast anymore, they tried to take it off the listing but weren’t able to. The staff were nice enough.

The staff were fine and friendly Free shuttle between the airport and the hotel (although timings were very erratic).

The hotel is very dated and badly needs a revamp. No breakfast was available, the "breakfast included" should be removed from booking.com.
