great experience i could feel the city around me

I didnt like much ablut this place to be honest

The website says breakfast which is over half the reason I chose them, to help save money on the trip, and they did not have breakfast. There was also a hole in our blanket and our bed was reeiculously uncomfortable. The staff was unapologetic and gruff. Not a good experience.

It said breakfast provided. But then asked and said they don’t do breakfast anymore.

Door wouldn’t lock from outside. Staff never did anything about it. Also wouldn’t come in to change bedsheets.

Couldn’t use WiFi because there wasn’t any, turned the shower on & the whole shower head came off that was completely broke would not stay on so had to shower with water bursting from the pipe, no heat because the heater was broken & I never received my deposit that they said would be returned to my card after a week

The people in the lobby looks like homeless and the lobby smells really bad of marijuana super bad smell super disgusting I'm never renting in this place again Other thing in the information cess the hotel have breakfast included that's a lie the hotel they don't provide breakfast Short words don't rent in that place

Parked car there. Contacted front desk from airport asking to be picked up. Staffperson said shuttle would arrive in 15-20 minutes. Waited in designated area. Shuttle drove past us about 15 minutes later. Did not slow or stop. Called back front desk. Staffperson said shuttle did not fun that late. She made a mistake. My mistake was using this place and believing her when she said the shuttle would pick us up.
