Freundliches Personal, Parkmöglichkeit (auch für größere/höhere Autos), Lage ist gut, man ist zu Fuß in ca 20 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Es gibt kein Bad. Waschbecken, Dusch- und Toilettenkabine sind direkt im Zimmer.

Hôtel avec chambre très moderne et connectée. Literie très confortable. Grande bouteille eau offerte. Possibilité de se faire une boisson chaude dans la chambre. Fitness bien rquipé (pas utilisé). Magnifique et copieux petit déjeuner. 15 min à pied de la gare Sao Bento. 30 minutes des restaurants le long du Duro. Arrêt métro 5 min.

Personnel plutôt froid, pas très souriant. Poli mais sans plus. Aucun conseil proposé, de savoir par exemple si nous connaissions déjà Porto, proposition d’une carte de la ville etc. Pas habituel par rapport aux autres hôtels au Portugal.

Privacidade reduzida no wc do quarto.

Clean , staff were very helpful with my mother. Hotel has a very nice atmosphere and design. Location is good but may not be ideal for older guests if walking up hill , however uber / bolt is available and other ways. Would highly recommended. If I return to Porto I will stay here again.

Very horrible experience. I rarely give comments but I have to give comments as my experience was really bad. The housekeeping was very disappointing. 1) after one night stay, no housekeeping in my room, after twice dropping by at the reception and one phone call via room service number, finally someone showed up to clean the room. 2) on the 3rd day, I was out for the whole day, I came back late in the afternoon and found out the door was open. This was absolutely horrible. The housekeeper did not close the door properly after doing the cleaning. Anyone can enter my room during the day and steal my personal belongings.
