Lovely apartment equipped with everything you need and with easy parking. Location was excellent with an easy drive into Cape Town, close to Table Mt and the drive along the glorious Chapmans Peak Drive to take you further afield to Cape Point. Locally a 5 minute walk to a fabulous beach resort with choice of good restaurants.

The location is really great and the accommodation is of a high standard - the owner Merryl is very welcoming and goes to great lengths to ensure you are comfortable and happy with the accommodation. She also provided complementary bread, butter, tea coffee and jam. We stayed for 6 nights and had a brilliant time in Camps Bay - the Uber taxi service is brilliant and very cheap and safe

Merryl was super communicative, friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for all the great tourist attractions and transport.

The Patio Apartment has absolutely everything you need and more. We enjoyed being able to bbq on the terrace, relax on the daybeds with a nice ocean view, have sundowners listening to the waves with a fabulous sunset in front. The host is lovely and has lots of recommendations to offer. Restaurants, pub, cafés, beach, groceries just a short and safe walk away. We didn't even have a car and just used Uber to go to other places. Camps Bay is a great base to explore Cape Town, if you love to have the ocean and beach in walking distance. The host made us aware upfront that there is construction work on the house next door which was very fair. Don't worry about that though as they only start at like 10 am until around 4 pm when one is gone most likely anyways. And it wasn't actually very loud as it wasn't right next to the patio apartment. And yes, there is a busy street in front of the house, but that is the price you pay when you just want to be able to walk to restaurants and bars without getting into the car. It didn't bother us much (and we spent a lot of time on the patio), the ocean was at times even louder than any car. Moreover, the patio apartment is in the back and not facing the street, so inside you don't hear anything from the street anyways.

Everything was lovely. Even the weather was mostly awesome although winter.

perfect location, 300m walk to main beach section with restaurants, coffee shops an supermarkets. Safe to walk day and night. Spacious and clean apartment, perfect for 1-2 people, nicely decorated and equipped with everything needed for a good stay, including beach towels. Large balcony with great ocean and sunset views. Daily room cleaning service.
