Everything was above and beyond expectations. Merryl personally welcomed us even as we reached the place late at night. Since it was our honeymoon, we had a welcoming bouquet and a good bottle of wine. We also had carefully selected bread, cookies. The bath soap smelled divine. There was basically everything we needed or thought of using in the apartment. The attention to details in the apartment was outstanding. The sunset and views from the apartment were stunning. Merryl was happy to share addresses for good restaurants and text alerts for scheduled load sheddings. She's very warm and we also had a long conversation on little things in South Africa and her holidays in our country. Booking.com does not allow for a rating of 12/10 but here it is. Let's give it as it if fully deserved.

An absolutely amazing place to stay with incredible helpful and welcoming host Merryl. The Location is just in the centre of Camps Bay with a couple of minutes walking distance to the beautiful beach. Plenty of restaurants around the corner. Felt very safe there walking on our own. We arrived late in the night and Merryl organized a pick up from the airport for us, which was very helpful. The place is so beautiful, you have everything what you need there and more 😊 The place is perfect to explore the surrounding of Cape Town! Incredible view for sunset from the terrace. We were delighted with our stay in this beautiful self-catering suite apartment. You have all practical comfort, the basic needs for a breakfast are already there : bread, butter, jam, coffee and tea, milk and sugar. The place is extremely clean and tidy. Merryl gives you a warm welcome and tips and tricks and professional advise for the planning of your stay. She organised a guide Jerome for us to visit some wine estates near Stellenbosch : Ken Forester with a nice welcome in the morning and an excellent chenin wine, Waterford with top red shiraz and cabernet-sauvignon wines, Delaire for the lunch and the stunning views and Kanonkop with the best pinotage wines. On a rainy Sunday she advised us to go for lunch to Beyond at Buitenverwachting in the Constantia area. It was really top food, close to an open wood fire and with a view on the wine yards trough the big windows. Super cosy and the best choice for a rainy day. The location in Camps Bay is the place to be for every trip in the south cape area. Merryl is super friendly and helps you with anything. We could by some good wine and beer for our drinks in the evening. Two times we let do our laundry. We recommend couples without children to go there. It is absolutely the top spot to stay in Camps Bay. We only cooked once in the apartment, because there are so many good restaurants on walking distance : Bovine for meat lovers, Paranga for fish. In the Waterfront area Restaurant Pier is a discovery with really top fine dining and wining.

I can only recommend this place. The Host was incredibly kind and the room has an excellent view. The area is very nice and you can get to the city centre within a few minutes using Uber. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

The greeting from Merryl put us both ar ease as she explained the property and the amenities. The spacious modern furniture and fittingd enabled the stay to most comfortable. She made excellent suggestions as to where to visit, shop and dine. We would certainly stay there again
