USNothing that I liked
Dirty. One of the bed had red spot on the sheet. Tub very stained with dirty and had last guest pubic hair inside the tub and on the sheets. Floor was dirt like stick. Mosquitos were flying inside and had to kill a few and couldn’t figure out from where. Thinking from space on front door. A/C very noise all night. The check in wasn’t at 2pm as booking. Com said

Cleaning could be better tub had hair in it and the Mats under the sheet had hair as well !!!
Breakfast would have been nice. Beds were not made every day. No clean towels every day.
USUSMy husband is handicapped and the room was well set up to accommodate him. All of the appliances worked and the refrigerator with freezer was the perfect size.
The parking lot was being resurfaced and it was difficult getting to our room on the first night of our stay and the smell was strong all night. The resurfacing job was well done.

The rooms were super clean, staff was very friendly, and access to the motel was great. Close to Branson Theater District, but no so close traffic is annoying. however long term residents werent the nicest. One was great the rest gave weird vibes. If there is assigned parking spots for long term residents there should be signs, and there are not and I watch a guy with white hair slam paper on my back windshield and nearly break my wiper off. Probably something new management will have to figure out Aside from long term residents the place is GREAT!!! Pool does not work, that was a bummer. They offered mini/dorm room fridge and microwave. No breakfast available, but it is known when you make reservations. Having the fridge and microwave made being abke to bring our own breakfast a great idea. We had cereal, milk, muffins, and more for breakfast. The water pressure and hot water are great. Beds are comfortable and clean. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Space is great. I will say areas for walking dogs is limited. We walked ours in the back by the woods. Dog ended up with 6 tics. So while it is pet friendly areas for dogs to use the bathroom aren't great. Staff was phenomenal!!! Chris was very nice and welcoming. They have wash machines, vending machines, and ice machines on site.

Didn’t care for linoleum/plank on room floor. Was cold to feet. Would prefer carpet.
