"Best to stay in Cardiff!"

Cardiff by the Sea Lodge is the only place I stay when I visit my kid who lives there. I love the prosecco greeting upon arrival, the beautiful, well appointed rooms, the lovely breakfast of muffins and juices and the friendly service! From the hotel I can literally walk everywhere!

Great boutique property! Fantastic setting within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfy mattress and quiet. The team that works here are super helpful. The views from the rooftop are stunning and a great place to chill.

"Quaint & Cozy Boutique Hotel"

I love this hotel! It’s very small and quaint. I really enjoyed the comfortable, cozy, spacious rooms. Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator, wi-fi and bathrobe and slippers. I spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck. The rooftop deck has plenty of seating and tables with a beautiful view of the ocean. I enjoyed my coffee on the roof top deck everyday. The front desk team is amazing and they make a point to make you feel at home. I also walked to Encinitas every night for dinner. Head north on the 101 and you will run into all sort of food and beverage options as well as retail shopping.

"from perfect location to care from the staff, this is one of the best days we’ve had at any hotel"

the roof top was amazing and the care we received from the staff was top notch! we felt cared for and all our needs were met including beach, chairs, beach, toys, pressed juice and muffin in the morning. It was all just so wonderful.
