Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort

This was our 6th trip to Divi Phoenix, we were pleased with the addition of the Waves Bar, activities and improved menu at the restaurants, along with various updates at the resort and complete unit makeovers. It was wonderful! We were joined by two additional couples, we all enjoyed our time in Aruba. It was nice to see a familiar face, Kimmie at Pure Beach and Shaq was excellent as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfection as usual!! Due to the excellent service from Sarah Mondale, Clarisa Dicz, Joel, Julio, Ariel. They made our stay perfect! You should be very proud that they care so much for Divi and its owners.

We’ve been coming here for over 20 yrs. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The beach area is great. The Phoenix is walking distance from great restaurants and shopping and They always seem to be improving the property. Each time we come it gets better. From the servers in the restaurants, housekeeping , and the Palapa attendants, they’re all super nice and helpful . We love this place.

Divi has stepped up its game with the renovations at the beach villa. Staff are fantastic. Razi and Kimmie @ Pure Ocean cafe are great and attentive. Sandra and Lucky at the towel bar are excellent and very accommodating. Michelle is awesome. Don’t sleep on the Aloe store onsite. They have better deals than the store outside the property. My only critique is that they will need to upgrade to new mats in the gym and a wipe down off them and BOSU balls will help with the upkeep.

We had lunch at Divi Phoenix Aruba at PureBeach before we headed out to the Airport. We were served by Sara Monsalve and we wanted to applaud her for her excellent service. Her Customer Service and follow up is a A+. We even told her that but wanted to write a review for her. She made our dining experience much better than expected. Thank you Sara!!

Sandra mora is the best towel lady we have ever had. She is so friendly and warming and she’s always so polite in the morning and we love her dearly.!!!

This was our 30th year visiting Aruba! Divi Aruba Phoenix was wonderful. The staff, Yvette Narayan, Sondra Moya, and manager Pearl Lake were most welcoming and took excellent care of us during our stay!

My friend and I shared dinner w/ music and Karioke. Our waiter was Shaquille. Such a polite respectful person. We ordered the ribs but only ate half. He was so respectful explaining to us why we couldn’t take a to go box. It was all you can eat and people would take more than their share. It all made sense. He was so apologetic about it. He was an excellent waiter and made sure he was attentive to us. I had to leave a nice tip! Hope to see him again. Thank you Shaquille

The property is beautiful. Well maintained. Everyone there is so kind, very accommodating and helpful. Thr food is amazing. Pure Ocean dinner on the beach at sunset for my sons birthday was magnificent. This is our 7th time back we cant wait until we go again.

We went with family the 1st week. The staff are Always pleasant, the rooms have been renovated. Our room was great. Awesome Views right on the beach, so beautiful. They have daily activities if you want or just hang out by the pool, at the beach or take a walk to nearby restaurants and stores. The 2nd week was just the 2 of us. So nice. They have public book sharing boxes on the grounds; so if you are done reading and wanted to put the book into the box and take a different one you find it is an option. The restaurant and bar staff are always the best. Our beach attendants , towel attendants and house keepers were also attentive and super nice. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so great; Julio, Joel, Ariel, Lucy, Jean, RJ, Estrella, Dino, Kimmy, and Ashkar.
