Pool needs a little love, a liner maybe in dark grey would give the water a nice colour. A salt water system would also be more gentle on the eyes and skin.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings. Room was lovely, food was delicious and every member of staff we came in to contact with was welcoming, polite and courteous. They are all a credit to you!

Amplitud de las habitaciones , la que tuvimos fantástica por estar del lado contrario al parking ,por tanto súper tranquila , comodidad en general

Falta algo de mantenimiento … el baño de la habitación huele durante la noche sobretodo , los rincones de la dicha ,del lavamanos estaban negros ( con pasar un poco de silicona listo ) El svc de toallas de piscina empieza demasiado tarde (11 horas ) si quieres bajar antes , no tienes ni toallas ni te puedes bañar hasta que viene el socorrista .

First impressions of the hotel were excellent. The reception areas, the room, space and terrace were excellent. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and the aircon efficient

The receptionist was not welcoming. The basin taps required maintenance. The safety light on the steps in the bedroom did not work in either room We asked about the restaurant for dinner and was told there was no problem. When we went down in the evening and sat in the restaurant we were ignored by staff. When I went to reception I was told we should eat outside on plastic tables and chairs. I said that was not acceptable and finally the Restaurant Manager? came and we were allowed to eat in the restaurant, not the terrace cafe outside. We then enjoyed our meal. The pool was a disgrace. I am a president of a Spanish community and recently refurbished our pool which is larger. The tiles are damaged and not repaired. There is no grout left in the mosaic tiling allowing black mould to be evident. It could be repaired for less than 10,000 euro.
