Die Unterkunft war eigentlich ganz okay, bis auf einige Russen, die sich wie Bauern benommen haben. Das Reinigungsperonal hat sein bestes gegeben,obwohl es nicht mit dem Reinigen hinterher kam, da einfach von den Gästen alles liegenblieb. 98 % Russen . Wem es nicht stört ist hier eigentlich gut aufgehoben.

First impression was mixed, full beach almost no free spaces, breakfast was average but later on it got better. The food in the buffets was great, stuff was helpfull, cabanas and a la carte restaurants were at reasonable prices. Quality of drinks depended on the guys mixing them so find the right ones :) , margherita was perfect almost everywhere. Mustafa tirpan at bar and the guys from the guest relation centre were helpfull. I strongly advice to book a cabana (480eur per 10days during july), its 4 adults plus 2kids. Definitéy worth it, Cabana 3B has a nice sea view co pared to others so go for it.

We had a great time ! the food is delicious and the entire hotel is beautifully kept, special thanks to the waiter who took great care of us and helped us with our every wish- Mustafa Chief. Definitely recommend :))

Pine Beach Belek is my favorite resort so far. I've been to many resorts, different countries and continents. For my preferences this resort fill my need needs and expectations for 100%. Family oriented, with excellent food, entertainment, sport activities, great territory, very friendly personal. Cannot ask for better. Looking forward to have another opportunity to spend vacation at this resort.

Pine Beach is a nice hotel if you get it at a decent price. We stayed in the main building—the room was nice and spacious. The club rooms are not renovated, I asked at the reception, but it’s a pleasure to walk around the Bungalow area—lots of greenery. The food is varied, but repetitive. If you only like chicken meat, you basically have one option: grilled chicken thighs (once they had wings during the 7 days, and twice they had rotisserie chicken), but eating grilled chicken thighs for both lunch and dinner several days in a row is too much. There is also a pool with seawater. The biggest downside is that there is no bar on the beach. If you need drinks, you have to walk in the sun to the pool bar. And since it serves both beachgoers and pool users, there’s almost always a line. They have bottled drinks at this pool bar (and at the one near the reception), but elsewhere (like in the main restaurant where you eat three times a day) the drinks are from dispensers. Another big minus is the baby cot—it’s missing the proper foldable wooden mattress. It’s just the cot and a piece of foam. The baby basically sinks into the cot. We had to place pillows underneath to prevent it from sinking too much. We reported this issue to guest relations, where the lady didn’t speak English, and they sent us an extra piece of foam. The baby’s cot sheet was never changed during the entire stay. The minibar contains 4 sodas (Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Fanta, and Lipton). I’ve stayed in lower-ranked hotels with more options. It’s a nice hotel if you catch it on a good deal.

Currently here and I had to write a review because I’m so impressed, this hotel is absolutely fabulous, I have never had food from a buffet that is so well cooked and seasoned, the food is absolutely delicious and so fresh. The inclusive package is a steal for the quality that you get here. It’s 24hr service with mini bar included. Right on the beach, spotless clean hotel,rooms and pools. I’m beyond happy. Thank you for the hard work and dedication of the hotel staff it really shows. Thanks to the amazing chefs for the fab food. Well done everyone.

The hotel facilities, our room, cleaning, bar, drinks, food quality and variety, service, staff friendliness and helpfulness were all excellent thank you! Best hotel we've ever stayed in. It's a little far from the local town but right on the beach

Clean rooms, wonderful nature courtyard, tasty breakfast. unforgettable pine smell, helpful managers, lots of souvenir, night parties and awesome beach not far from the airport, good for youth without children, but it's also nice with family and business trips

This was my first stay in Turkey. With my family, we were for the New Year holidays. I am impressed by the efforts of the staff to make us enjoy our stay and on New Year's Even we felt special. The hotel has a very beautiful garden, right next to the sea, with its own beach. The food was fresh, tasty and varied. Safe place. Complete rest and enjoyment.

The quality of accommodation was very disappointing. We had rooms in bungalows, tried to find a better room in any of bungalows, but we were not successful. First of all there was mold in every bathroom of every room I checked. This problem was very overdue, cleaning service didn’t even have the task to solve it. Second major problem was very old and dirty carpet that left black footprints on feet. Those carpets needed very deep wet cleaning, but obviously no one cared. Honestly I think a 5 star hotel can’t have such issues. Reception didn’t have any empathic reaction on these issues when they were shared. I complained three times and nothing was suggested. Only after I said that my kid has asthma and I don’t want him having shower in a bathroom with mold, a higher standard room was offered. This was a room in one of the buildings. However, both mold and dirty carpet were there. As we later heard from personnel, the hotel management is well aware of the issues, but the bungalows are very old and there is no plan of reconstruction in place. Additionally, my kid caught the hand-foot-mouth virus, which means that the surfases everywhere in the hotel could be cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel territory, beach and food were quite nice and corresponding to a good level of a hotel, but still not the 5 star I guess…
