A arquitectura, a decoração interior, o quarto era muito bonito, a lareira à noite era fantástica. Os funcionários impecáveis. O pequeno-almoço óptimo. Relação qualidade preço é boa.

Só achei que o pão no pequeno-almoço não correspondeu ao excelente pão da região. Também faltava a broa. Mas isto são detalhes porque o queijo da serra da região era genuíno.

Me gustó mucho la reforma del antiguo convento y la forma en la que ha sido adaptado para el uso hotelero.

Hubo un pequeño contratiempo con el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones que tuvo que ausentarse. Los responsables del hotel nos ofrecieron sus excusas y, aunque para mi fueron suficientes, algunos viajeros esperaban algo más.

Em termos materiais (edifício, espaços, etc.), tudo excelente. Pessoal amável e competente. Óptimo pequeno-almoço, mas a qualidade da cozinha, para jantar, tem um nível ABSOLUTAMENTE fantástico.

Ligação casa de jantar/cozinha aquém da EXCELENTE confecção: p.e., informaram que não cozinhavam certos pratos da ementa (que até são poucos - embora excelentes!) depois das 20:30, quando ainda eram (apenas) 20:32 - quase sem haver clientes.
