"Update, modernize"

Location.

I own 2 AirB&B rentals. I have adjusted for the younger travelers. Honestly, younger people prefer to stream television. My rentals have ROKU streaming devices with instructions. Each rental costs me about $110 per year. They really aren't into TV but the older travelers like to watch the news. Cable is for old geezers. Except for me. Also, since there is a washer/dryer in the suite there should be laundry soap. One wine glass was cracked, I tossed it out.

"It had everything needed!"

It had gorgeous ocean views, great location, two bathrooms etc.

"If we were going back to Maui we would consider this again"

Fab views, great condo, beach is ok, lots of broken Coral so shoes needed to go in the water, pool looked great but didn’t use it. Good location.

Road was very noisy.

Great view close to food quiet

You have to keep turning on the timer for the air conditioner. The main room wasn’t an issue it’s the bedrooms

The beach isn’t swimmer friendly. Too many coral rocks and solid coral. Shallow water.
