Maui Sunset - Maui Condo & Home

Well equipped kitchen, presence of washer / dryer. Each unit has nice view towards ocean, large terrace, safety deposit box, beach chairs, ... Small collection of books was also present and internet was working reliably. This was our second stay at the property and we already have tickets for the next one.

AC in the living room was noisy and unable to cool room, but I anyway sleep with open doors and during nights outside temperature is pleasant so I never use AC anyways. Unit can sleep 4 people (2 in bedroom + 2 in living room) however matrass in living room is bit soft, so if you have a back problems you might not feel comfortable.

Nothing. The property was great, well maintained, quiet, great for families.

the apartment is dirty in many places, kitchen cabinets, dishes in the kitchen, it is obvious that the cleaning is superficial

The property was very well looked after and clean. Loved the beach and the open space near the beach where we could go watch the sunset which as lovely.

As pleasant as our stay was and how much we liked the location, there are a few things I’d like to comment on specifically about the condo. The kitchen amenities were lacking. It’s time for new pots/pans, knives were dull, and it had barely covered what I would consider basic needs of a kitchen. It would have been nice to have cutting boards, oils & basic spices for cooking. We ate out most of the time so it wasn’t a huge deal, but if I would have had to depend on that kitchen for making meals the entire week, it would have been lacking. One other thing to note is that the air conditioning in the main living space and in the bedroom are on 4 hr timers. So we couldn’t keep the temp consistent which was a real bummer while sleeping. And the ac unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. Like, really really loud. Besides that, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time there!

Perfect location. Incredible Suite, and they thought of everything. The grounds and pool/hotub were very well maintained, The beach is right there and beautiful! Everyone was wonderful.
