"Kelly was a fantastic host, the room had been updated and was lovely. The bed wasn't comfortable"

Kelly was wonderful, we had a later than normal check in, and Kelly phoned to see if we were ok. She had turned the heat pump on in the room, so it was lovely and warm.

The bed was like sleeping on a board. We both had sore backs.
