Saratoga Farmstead B&B

We had a wonderful relaxing time! Owner Allison Menter was the perfect host. The nine acre property is absolutely beautiful and so close to downtown Saratoga! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Unbeknownst to us, our stay to this B & B was on their opening weekend. I hope that our stay was the first of many wonderfully successful stays to come.for this new Saratoga Springs business. The owner and staff were pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfasts (and snacks) were healthy and delicious. The bedroom and common areas were very attractive and comfortable. The grounds are a work in progress; we got to see the arrival of the baby chicks which will one day help supply breakfast for the Farmstead's guests. Our stay was such a positive experience that I plan to return to the Farmstead to stay on my future trips to beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY.

Tl;dr: Under new management, this BnB is a great place to stay. Quiet, gorgeous property that's still minutes from town. It's a historic, charming house with well-appointed parlor (with a small but mighty vinyl collection), and tasteful decorations throughout. Very clean, big room with comfy bed and ample nice pillows (a rarity), and the gf loved the towels. If you tell them your check-in time, you might get a freshly baked cookie (ours was gluten free) on arrival. Breakfast was freshly made and very good, only outclassed by a handful of BnBs we've stayed at between the Catskills and Canada. The owner felt invested, caring, and discerning. We have a high opinion of her hospitality and personal decorative touches. Both of us would stay again and plan to recommend it to friends and family.

Cutest little B&B! Breakfast was delicious every morning. Walking the grounds with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine was bliss. The staff was very friendly, kind & knowlegeable. We will definitely be staying again on our next Saratoga weekend, felt like a home away from home!

This B&B was everything we could have hope for and more! Hosts were gracious, food was top notch and the grounds and room were beautifully kept. We can not wait to visit again.

A lovely farmhouse B&B very close to downtown Saratoga and Skidmore College. Comfortable room, wonderful breakfast each morning. Accommodating hostesses, lovely setting. Saratoga itself is busy but there are many good restaurants and plenty of shopping. The boat ride on Saratoga Lake was very pleasant, and the concerts at Skidmore College as part of the Mostly Modern Festival, were outstanding

The place was lovely. The breakfast was very mediocre and I wouldn’t stay there again.

This is an excellent B&B with very gracious and friendly owners/hosts. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious.

The kind of B&B experience you always hope to find but rarely do. Homestyle rooms with windows that open, well informed innkeepers who know the area, delicious breakfast served tableside, beautiful grounds with mature plantings, and most important, quiet and comfortable in every way, yet only 10 minutes from the center of Saratoga Springs.
