"Convenient to the hospital but in need of maintenance."

Convenient to where I was meeting. Easy access to the room.

Room smelled musty and was evidence of mold damage by the air conditioner. The bedspread had not been washed. I could smell the previous occupants perfume on the bedspread. The Booking.com listing said that breakfast was available for 10¢ but they did not offer breakfast at all.
