The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property and the credit card has to be presented upon check-in. Please note that the Jasmine SPA is open exclusively to the person who booked it and his/her guests. Maximum capacity of the spa is 6 people and minimum stay is 2 hours. It should be booked in advance and is a matter of availability. Price of the Jasmine SPA is not included in the room rate and is based on the hotels price list. Guests requiring a confirmation letter from Marrol's Boutique Hotel for Visa purposes are subject to a nonrefundable fee. Please contact the property for further details. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please note that this is a strictly nonsmoking hotel. In case a guest breaks the ban on smoking in the room, the hotel has the right to raise the agreed price of accommodations by the sum of 100€ for the day on which the guest broke the ban. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
