母の70歳のお祝いで、親族20名ほどで利用させていただきましたが、いろいろと配慮してくださり、食堂でも席を近くに配置していただいたりとお気遣いいただきありがとうございました。 オーシャンスイートという露天風呂付きの部屋を利用しましたが、飲み物のサービス付きで、親族みんなでひと部屋に十分集まれるくらい、とても広々としていて気分良く過ごさせていただきました。 プールはこじんまりしていますがその分子供達に目が届きやすいし、分散することなく皆で遊べたので良かったです。浮き輪の無料貸出もとても助かりました。 素敵な思い出の日になり、ありがとうございました。

事前に電話でお尋ねした際も丁寧に対応して下さり、滞在中のスタッフの方の対応も良く快適に過ごしました。 全体的にとても良かったのですが、ちょっと気になったのが ・大浴場の洗い場が後ろの方と近い ・部屋のトイレが同じ室内にあり、ちょうどベッドの横で気になる ・食事のテーブルが狭く、ヴュッフェの料理補充が遅い 細かく言えばなので、 全体的には部屋も広くまた行きたいた思いました。 宮島へも近くオススメですよ。
