De mooie grote kamer met balkon. Goed ontbijt, twee mooie /zwembaden, groot terras waar je kon ontbijten en dineren.

Uitzicht op zee was oké maar jammer van de rommel als je naar beneden keek. Als ze dat een beetje zouden opruimen en aanplanten zou het stuk beter zijn.

The location is great with all the shops and the walks you can go on the vibes were great the staff. Are so nice so is everyone there the rooms are good they have a nice mirror and comfy beds and pillow the cost is great for what you get the cleaning staff do a great job and it is never messy the noise level is good as l am with a 50 year old A 17 year old and me a 8 year old the atmosphere is so good l go there every year

Firstly from checking in - a long wait in a Que for then another couple to just walk in and be seen to at the other desk despite us all waiting in a line. We never got informed about hotel towels for the pool or the drinks tokens so when we went to the bar for the first time and was asked for the token we knew nothing about it. So we had to go and collect them. We got to our room which was spacious and clean however we travelled with a baby and required a cot which wasn’t in the room so had to ring reception and ask for it. Entertainment is on quite late compared to other hotels we’ve been to - 2nd night of the holiday we agreed for my 4 year old to go to the mini disco which started at 9:15pm we arrived and waited and it never even happened at all, therefore we went back to the room with a sad little boy. The other two nights we went the entire disco time they just played musical statues and he got out with in the first 10 minutes and was then made to sit down the entire time to me this isn’t how a mini disco should be done. Selection of ice creams were not included in all inclusive. No bar is open until 11am even for bottled water - we were going out for the day at 10am and was told I’d have to wait until 11am but needed water for my children/baby I did eventually plead for some which I feel I was entitled to. These are a few little issues we encountered through our week - on the plus side my little one loved the pool everyday and the running carpet. Food was ok. Was a nice break but definitely lacked a few things to what we’ve been used to at other all inclusive family hotels.

Schönes großes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Riesenangebot beim Frühstücksbuffet. Poolbereich am Silent Pool schön und ruhig. Ansonsten ist schon ganz schön was los...aber bei unserem Besuch war das Hotel gering belegt. Ist halt eine riesen Anlage 🤷‍♀️

Rührei am Frühstücksbuffet für mich persönlich ungenießbar. Am Zimmer ist zwar ein Wasserkocher und Tassen, aber kein Kaffee oder Tee. Rund ums Hotel ist leider nix. Wir sind abends immer etwa 20 Minuten zu Restaurants außerhalb gegangen da wir im hoteleigenen Restaurant nich esse wollten.

Could not have a cup of tea in the room as no milk . Food warm or cold .
