Amazing accommodation, great pool such a fun trip great for a sporty holiday

I just wanted to share my experience of our third Wellness Fiesta at the hotel ran by our company Dance Yourself Fit, this was our largest group yet. On the Friday of the event one of our members took ill and I was asked to attend to her by a couple of hotel residents. When I arrived Pablo was already with our member in the hotel corridor, I cannot praise the actions of this young man enough, he went over and above what would have been expected and nothing was too much trouble. He ensured paramedics were called and the client relationship manager also attended Isabelle who was able to translate medical information to the paramedic attending. We were not rushed in any way at all Pablo ensured we had water and fruit on hand, blankets, extra towels and finally a wheelchair to take our member to the waiting ambulance. The after care we received was amazing, including checking in with our member and ensuring food was brought to the room. Right until the moment we left the hotel care was first class. It is always a worry when you take I’ll whilst on holiday but we did not need to worry Pablo and the hotel staff made sure everything was taken care off. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will be returning in 2027! Thank you

We stayed here for 5 nights, with my family. Myself and my boys were golfing on 3 out of the 5 days. There were a number of quality golf course close by. Our stay was early June and only one of the buffet restaurants were open, the other being refurbished and the à la carte restaurants not open for the season. However the quality of the food and beverage was excellent and good variety. Delighted to see the hotel were operating an environmental plastic glass policy smoothly. The staff in all areas were friendly and efficient. My superstar was John on reception, he went above and beyond. There is a tennis and paddle club in the grounds of the hotel which was very good, however a bit expensive at 80 euros for one hour of paddle. The swimming pools were very clean and refreshing. The sea looks beautiful however the base is very rocky and difficult to get in and out of the sea in bare feet. Overall and excellent stay.

We checked in on 31st May. Room: Big, nice and clean. Staff: If you don’t speak Spanish, the staff treat you poorly. Our experience was very disappointing. Food: The same food was served every day, and most of it was cold. No matter what time we arrived, the food was always cold. Beach: The beach is covered with stones rather than sand - can’t really get in the sea for swimming Location: The hotel is quite far from the city, but as a family, we didn’t need to travel much, so this wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall: The hotel is very different from what is shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, our experience did not match our expectations.
