We loved our stay in your beautiful palazzo, lovingly restored and maintained by Rafaela and Giovanni. The charm of the historic building shines through everywhere, and your warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Breakfast was such a treat - we especially loved the delicious arancini and the local sausages and cheese. Your recommendations for the restaurants in Ragusa were also perfect. A truly memorable stay!

Raffaella and Giovanni Pinzerò and Francesca and Lorenzo, Raffaella’s father and mother. They were like family. Giovanni accompanied us to the restaurants for dinner so we didn’t get lost. Being an Italian American with parents born in Sicily, I am fluent in both English and Italian. On our last day, we sat with the family, spoke in Italian with Raffaella’s parents and enjoyed the company, the coffee and the breakfast. If you have never been to Ragusa, Palazzo Degli Antoci is a must stopover.

We could have had one more outlet to charge our mobile devices.

From beginning to end our stay was outstanding. Rafaella and Giovanni are such kind hosts and their love for the property is so evident in all the details that made our stay so memorable. There is designated parking right in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and the bathroom large and a roomy shower with immediate hot water. The Palace is full of so many antiques and beautiful pieces that remind you of the history. Ragusa's oldest city center is within walking distance. The breakfast is amazing, so much food to fuel you for the day. They helped us with dinner reservations, car service to airport and local tour information. We could not be happier with our stay and will definitely recommend and return.
