The location.

Cockroach in the room. WiFi did not work in the bedroom of the suite. Noisy even on the 15th floor.

The location in the heart of Makati, for the night life as for some, but i liked all the restaurants and food choices around, very kind and professional staff headed by FOM Salvador “Den”. His excellent staff Benji, front office ladies, Restaurant staff, Houskeeping, and Security…..

Nothing much, the property is old but renovated the staff make up for the shortcomings.Traffic is a bit of a challenge in that location
