Housekeeping cleaning quality was bad. And for the day before check out they didn’t come at all to clean, even on the paper note it says cleaning was available from 8-14pm

I love the front desk staff. Kuddos. Super friendly. Best part of the hotel. The hotel is pretty and well maintained. I just didn’t like the beds. I can’t remember when was the last time that I slept on a mattress that made crunchy sounds for how old it was. For how much you pay for the room, $350, the mattresses need to be better.

I already mentioned the mattresses. Other than that, it’s a good hotel. Well, expensive parking.

The hotel or self was clean and the people working were kind and helpful. However, the amount of homeless yelling outside and being right outside of the door was less than ideal.

I wouldn’t stay in that area again.

Very quiet lobby, could use some ambiance

Great room, nice staff, complementary breakfest snacks and coffee, amazing location

Only issue was the many homeless across the street at the hotel entrance. But that's not so bad and the location is great.

Beautiful, traditional interiors with high quality fittings and spacious rooms

The breakfast was very basic, and though central, didn’t feel very safe sometimes in the downtown area

The price, the single bed instead of two beds we asked for, the terrible views to a wall with no light. And the price again which was way too expensive for the value
