B&B Argentiera 12

Our arrival time was 14:00-15:00. The owner told us, that our room is number 4, but when we entered in the room there were clothes from other guests. The owner told us to take a seat and wait for her, she told us that she will arrive in 1 hour. After 3 hours(!!!) she told us, that she will not come to us. So, we leave our luggage and went to the city. When we returned to the hotel it was 20:00 and the room was ready. It was very bad situation. We spent a lot of hours in the hostel just to wait the owner and she did on came. Just imagine the situation, when you had the night flight and instead of chilling in the room you should wait at least 3 hours for the ready room :(

The room. It was spacious, and equipped with TV and AC. Location is far, but well connected by bus.

The cupboard was quite old so the drawers got stuck when I wanted to put something. Also, contrary to what’s written in the description, there’s no city view from the window. It’s just the street of a location far from the city centre. There was no kettle to boil water, and the stove was inaccessible to guests. So the only way to boil water was microwave, meaning that I could only boil one cup at a time. The neighbourhood is shady, and somewhat unsafe at night. Guests should be warned about that. The breakfast was simply store bought sweet food. There were three pieces of cakes “homemade”, and one of those got mold on it, so I didn’t touch any of those (especially since all three pieces were in the same closed container). But the host simply threw two pieces and never replaced it with fresh food. There were some fruits but overripe and never replaced. The bathroom was shared by all, including the hosts.

Very clean and comfortable.

There was no mirror in the bedroom and the hairdryer wasn't working properly.

The owner cancelled me the night before. She said she transferred me to another B&B. I didn't agree but what are you going to do the night before? In the second B&B the AC was not working. Main service they had to provide in the middle of Summer. Superhot. They charged me as if they had provided the AC. Ridiculous.

The flat has always been cleaned.

The cups and glasses were locked away. There were only pastry bakers. Unfortunately not enough breakfast for all the guests. Host or staff could not speak English at all.
