The most comfortable bed/mattress, choice of different pillows. Perfect shower with the hand held shower head. Clean and well taken care of . Close to the main streets and downtown

It is an older, motel but clean. They give a breakfast in a bag which was fine but the check in person forgot the coffee packets and spoons in the bag.

Nice, quiet, clean room. We had a last-minute situation come up, and staff were very kind and understanding.

Centrally located in Redding.

Away from the bustle of downtown. Parking outside the room. Spotlessly clean in the room. A/C worked fine as did fridge and microwave. Across the street from an OK pizza place, so no need to pile in the car or walk a couple of miles.

TV/Dish combo never was figured out. Mattress was a little long in the tooth. Shower head was pretty wimpy. Lobby was closed at 4PM so our check-in was carried out through a small window.

Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, spacious room. Refrigerator and microwave were provided. Hot water was good.

Felt not safe because the reception is through a small window. Customers had to wait outside. Breakfast was offered the night before.

It was clean but lacking some things. It was nice to see a small refrigerator.

Somewhat noisy. But no coffee / coffee maker, no hairdryer, no microwave, no iron / ironing board. We stayed one night and had someone talking loudly at 2am in the morning. Not good.
