"PAS OP: bedrog in het hotel door het personeel."

Niets maar het was een slaapplaats die we 8 urgen gebruiketen en alles was volgens verwachting.

Ik had graag dat Booking.com reageert naar dit hotel. - Wij kwamen om 22.30 aan en men schreef ons in. - Ik gaf visa af om te betalen en kreeg een vreemd bedrag te betalen die ik niet herkende. Veel blabla dat het juist was en dat we in de morgen de factuur konden krijgen. Ik vroeg aan "booking.com" van dit op de naam van de firma CE+T te zetten. Volgende morgen ga ik de factuur halen en kreeg ik 2 facturen te zien op de naam van mij. Daar bleek dat men om 1 van de 2 kamers manueel de aanwezigheid van een hond hadden doen betalen. Zij namen de facturen terug en gingen de goede factuur opzenden want " de computer liet niet toe om direct een andre factuur te maken". Ik schreef zelf mijn emaildres op de slechte factuur zodat men deze kon toesturen. Ik heb, tot op heden, geen factuur gezien. Kan booking.com dit opnemen en zorgen dat ik een factuur krijg voor deze 2 kamers. Ik heb deze nodig om me te doen betalen door het bedrijf.

Die nette Rezeption. Gut fand ich, dass wir ein Upgrade bekamen, nachdem wir erst ein wirklich schmutziges Zimmer bekamen. Das Upgrade war okay.

Das schmutzige erste Zimmer, sonst war alles so wie man es für den Preis erwartet.
